Call For Members
The safety committee meets four times a year in
the Toronto area. It is mandated to provide STAO members with safety -
related resources through workshops and publications, including Crucible,
and to provide the STAO Board with resources and recommendations related
to policies in safety and science education. The committee is particularly
interested in securing additional expertise in the curriculum area(s)
of elementary school science or senior biology.
Interested current STAO members, wishing to contribute
to the work of the Safety Committee, are invited to send a ‘curricular
