ARTICLE IX Amendment of the By-Laws

9.1 An addition or amendment to the by-laws of STAO/APSO may be made by any member attending the Annual Meeting.

9.2 The amendment is adopted if it is approved by a three-quarter majority of STAO/APSO members present at the annual meeting, providing that the number of members attending said meeting is at least equal to that required for a quorum.
